Dr. John Cipriani graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic college in March 2004. He also holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
In 2003, Dr. Cipriani was selected for a prestigious residency program at the Naval Hospital at Camp Lejeune, NC. As a resident at the Naval Hospital, Dr. Cipriani performed grand rounds in internal medicine, radiology, sports medicine, orthopedics, and treated several hundred military personnel with various spinal ailments. Dr. Cipriani was awarded the Distinguished Service Award for his dedication and service while serving as a chiropractic intern for the Department of the Navy.
Dr. Cipriani has vast experience working with professional athletes (NHL, NFL, NBA), Olympic, collegiate and local elite high school athletes with an array of orthopedic injuries. His experience, knowledge and bedside manner make him the number one choice in the Lake Norman region for non-surgical, drug free care.
Dr. Cipriani combines the best approach in working with acute and chronic injuries. Through the integration of the most up to date soft tissue techniques, contemporary medical acupuncture, and chiropractic techniques, he is able to tailor precise and individualized treatment plans with proven success.

Jackie Curan is a graduate of the Edmund Morgan School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Cornelius, NC. She has also received her certification in Clinical Neuromuscular and Structural Bodywork. Jackie developed a passion for massage therapy after experiencing the many positive effects of massage while recovering from spine surgery.
Jackie, her husband and two daughters moved to the Lake Norman area in 1997. She has spent the past twelve years volunteering as an elementary school remediation tutor, school nurse, soccer coach, team manager and preschool teacher.
Jackie graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree and worked for the Department of Defense for 3 years before starting a family.

Caroline Behme Office Manager

Carrie is a graduate of Jefferson Community College, in Watertown, New York. She has been the office manager at Lake Norman Pain Relief & Wellness Center since opening in March, 2007.
Carrie is very active in the triathlon community. She competes at all distances and has completed several full Ironman events. Due to her overall training volume, Carrie has expereinced the benefits of Dr. John Cipriani's treatments in overcomming repetitive strain injuries and avoiding time lost due to injury.
